START INTERVAL
This command starts an interval. You can specify the delay time and the number of times the interval is repeated.

ARGUMENTS:
* Interval Number = The Interval number between 1 and 256
* Delay = The (approximate) time in milliseconds that will pass before the first and between all repeated calls.
* Count = The number of times the Interval is called. A value of 0 indicates that the Interval will be called repeatedly until STOP INTERVAL is called or the application terminates.

START INTERVAL Interval Number,Delay,Count
